Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in below-grade substation construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project execution, from estimating and pre-construction planning to field operations and project closeout. This role requires technical expertise in deep foundations, drilled shafts, concrete placement, excavation, and structural coordination within substation environments.
