As our new Financial Analyst FP&A, you’ll be a key partner to our Director, bridging our retail operations and head office, developing our planning systems and delivering the analysis that informs our most critical business decisions. Your Daily Adventures: - Lead end-to-end forecasting and budgeting for 100+ locations, identifying risks and growth opportunities to drive profitability. - Drive sales and KPI reporting, translating complex data into actionable commentary for week-over-week performance tracking. - Manage store-level people costs, including labor modeling and bonus targets, while keeping a sharp eye on actuals versus plans. - Oversee store capital expenditure (CapEx) through rigorous forecasting and budget reviews. - Act as t...
