Hours range from 7:30am-5:30pm Desired Length of Employment: Summer 2026 (Late May to end of July) Pay Rate: $13 per hour: Job Description: Baylor University is seeking Summer REC Camp Counselors that will be responsible for the supervision, activities, and investment of campers under the leadership of the Campus Recreation team. This is a temporary position anticipated to end on 8/5/26. Lead games and sports such as basketball, kickball, and dodgeball Assist with activities such as swimming, rock climbing, and the marina Facilitate small-group discussion and invest into campers Maintain order by providing care, resolving conflict, and setting a positive example for the campers Employer: Baylor University: Work Location: Mclane Student Life Center Work Address: 209 Speight Ave, Waco TX 76706
