The Director of Football Operations oversees the daily management and behind-the-scenes logistics of a Division I football program, ensuring smooth, efficient operations in a complex and fast-paced environment. This role leads annual planning and program administration while developing and managing an academic support plan for student-athletes in collaboration with campus academic resources. Responsibilities include coordinating team schedules and key operational timelines, supporting academic advising and progress tracking, and driving continuous improvement across football operations to promote student-athlete success on and off the field.
