Purpose: To provide effective training that increase the knowledge and skill level of Scotiabank’s Small Business, Corporate & Commercial clients on all services supported by GTB Product & Services. The role will be responsible for arranging remote training sessions, following up with clients and working with other departments at Scotiabank to deliver a high-quality training experience to both clients and internal partners. This ensures a high level of knowledge and confidence in using Scotiabank’s GTB products and services, improves client satisfaction and lowers calls to our support teams. Is this role right for you?
