Production Technician

Kaiser Aluminum Tennalum in Jackson Tennessee is an award- winning company with a comprehensive benefits package and a monthly bonus plan. Production Technicians will perform various jobs during the course of the day depending upon production and process requirements to extrude and process aluminum rod and bar to customer's specifications. On-the-job training is provided to operate the various types of equipment and machinery. A production technician works 12-hours shifts and rotates every 4 weeks between days and nights. We have a high performing team-based culture and an all-salaried workforce. - Pay increases are earned through a pay-for-skill system. - Top-out pay of $28.48/hr can be reached in a minimum of 16 months. - The 12-hour shift is scheduled to provide three shifts in one week and four shifts in the next s o an employee has seven days off in a 14-day period.
