ING Australia are on a hunt for an experienced Line 1 Risk Manager to join our Daily Banking Tribe to support our Retail Bank. As Risk Manager – Daily Banking, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping ING’s everyday banking products safe, compliant, and customer-focused. This isn’t just about ticking boxes – you’ll embed risk thinking into the heart of our agile Tribes, working across Daily Banking, Digital, and Customer Interaction teams. From spotting operational risks in product lifecycles to designing smart controls and part of project deliveries, you’ll make sure we stay ahead of regulatory obligations while delivering great customer outcomes. You’ll lead risk reviews, regulatory changes, and partner with stakeholders to uplift risk maturity across the business.
