Job Description Summary: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)) works in collaboration with the physician in the inpatient and outpatient setting caring for acute, chronically ill or injured patients. Responsibilities will vary depending on specialty. Responsibilities And Duties: Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician. Assesses and evaluates patients, H&Ps, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, etc. Assists in diagnostic and invasive procedures.
