Job Purpose & Position Overview The Training & Development Specialist supports the effectiveness of the workforce across the Human Resources function and Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System (WCHS) by designing, developing, and coordinating inclusive training and development programs across all departments and levels of the organization. Reporting through Human Resources, this position provides structured support for onboarding, training delivery, and workforce development initiatives, ensuring consistent, accessible, and effective learning opportunities for employees. The role maintains training documentation, manages registration and logistics, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external partners, and supports competency-based training and evaluation processes. This position plays a key role in advancing employee growth, organizational performance, and a culture of continuous learning aligned with WCHS mission, vision, and values.
