Manufacturing Test Development Engineer

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in test engineering or equivalent. - Experience with coding in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting to generate product-specific test plans and executing test processes. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience with overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume and high complexity parts. - Experience in establishing system calibration, gauge repeatability and reproducibility, and correlation study for each change management. - Experience with DFT, structural tests (e.g., In-Circuit Testing/Boundary Scan (ICT/B-SCAN)), board and system level functional test (e.g., L6 and L10) - Experience with test stations bringing-up, calibration and setup for production test purposes and working with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners on Original Design Manufacturer (ODM), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Joint Design Manufacturer (JDM) projects.
