Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent and polyvalent HR Specialist works at the heart of the Relais & Châteaux Corporate teams, in a demanding, international, and people-oriented environment. As a key operational support to the HR function, you will assist the HR Director in the day-to-day management of Human Resources, both in France and internationally. You will contribute to the implementation of HR processes, the quality of service provided to employees, and the overall efficiency of the organization, while developing your skills through a structured learning approach. This position is particularly well suited for a junior profile or a first experience in Human Resources.
