Altus Hospice is seeking a Pe Diem Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community. Schedule: Per Diem, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4: 30 pm Territory: Temple and Waco: In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey.
