What you will do: - You support the translation of business and user requirements into effective system, process, and automation solutions that support R&D operations. - You design, implement, test, and continuously improve workflows, automations, and cross tool integrations, ensuring stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations. - You operate and maintain R&D collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, and SwiftKanban, providing hands on application support and resolving day to day operational issues. - You manage access concepts, permissions, and governance, and coordinate closely with stakeholders, IT, and external partners. - You actively support change adoption through user enablement, release communication, and structured onboarding of new processes and tools. - You configure and maintain projects and products within Nexperia’s IT system landscape and provide reporting and data-based insights on project progress and performance What you will need: - You have a bachelor's degree in a business management or technical discipline - You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting business systems and users, depending...
