Job description

This employee is responsible for the operation of a center with sales and supervision of the center employees. Job Responsibilities: - Interview, hire, train, and supervise quality candidates - Make sales calls on existing and potential customers on a regular basis - Requires having complete product/service knowledge - Must be able to communicate effectively with DONs, administrators, clinicians, executive leadership, and others responsible for vendor relationships - Implement safety programs including maintaining records in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that apply to OSHA, DOT, and FDA as outlined in the Safety & Regulatory Manual including the enforcement of employees to wear Personal Protective Equipment at the appropriate times and the enforcement of the Vehicle Safety Disciplinary Policy - Controls inventory and purchasing of equipment and supplies through the central purchasing function - Grow the customer base through excellence in customer service - Responsible for the profitability of the center and for implementing and directing cost controls - Ensure the accuracy of public information materials - Maintain a fleet of leased vehicles - establish...
