Coffee Equipment Technician — The Role Nobody Told You About We're not looking for someone who can pull a perfect shot. We're looking for someone who can figure out why the machine stopped pulling shots at all — and fix it. If you're handy, curious, and genuinely like coffee, keep reading. Caffeinated Coffee Repairs services commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. Our technicians work independently in the field, backed by a team that handles everything except the actual repair work. That part's on you. What you'll be doing every day Two to three service calls at commercial coffee locations — cafes, hotels, hospitality accounts. The work includes: You should already be comfortable with a multimeter and basic hand tools. Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands-on projects is expected. You'll need a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a smartphone capable of running our required apps, and a secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS.
