Location: On-site at our factory in New Century, KS Schedule: 12‑hour night shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 2‑2‑3 rotation schedule About the Role: The Process Engineer / Supervisor – Night Shift is responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and for improving departmental efficiency, while providing nightly oversight of Processing operations across the ScMM and Conventional Factories. This role blends technical process engineering expertise with hands‑on operational leadership, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production during overnight operations. The Process Engineer / Supervisor serves as a key technical and people leader, working closely with Processing, Quality, Sanitation, and other cross‑functional teams to maintain performance, reduce variability, and drive continuous improvement.
