Posting Type Remote: Job Overview: The Technical Analyst, Human Resources – Ops Engineering is an individual contributor responsible for administering, configuring, and improving HR technology solutions, with a focus on Jira Project, Jira Service Management (HR Service Desk), and HR knowledge enablement. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and cross functional stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that improve HR service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee self-service. This position is a fixed term role (12–18 months) created to support defined HR Operations Engineering initiatives, including service desk optimization, HR knowledge base development, and HR system change enablement. Job Description and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Human Resources Jira Project and Jira Service Management environments, including HR Service Desk operations, HR initiative and OKR tracking, and HR system change management workflows, in partnership with IT and other stakeholder teams.
