Our Post -Close Specialist II is responsible for performing a detailed post-closing analysis of closed loan packages to determine compliance with Agency program guidelines. Audit loan files for submission to agencies for endorsement/guarantee & loan salability including but not limited to Assumptions, HUD 184 and Non Agency 1st and 2nd mortgages. Validate loan level data within the Encompass360 Loan Origination System (“LOS”) and corresponding agency & investors to ensure that loans are free of deficiencies prior to submission. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
