About the Role The Site Services Administrator I provides on-site and remote IT support for Cattron EU locations, covering desktop computing (software and hardware management) and user lifecycle administration. The role is based in our Liberec office and serves as the primary IT point of contact for our European offices, as well as occasional remote support for Americas locations. Our IT environment is dynamic and continuously evolving. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable shifting priorities, and is not afraid to take on. This is a mainly on-site position. Over time, the role provides exposure to infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud administration, with a structured path toward L2 responsibilities and broader systems work. Responsibilities: - Deploy, manage, configure and troubleshoot local and remote PCs, laptops, phones, printers, and other client-side equipment, including basic administration of local site systems, providing high levels of customer service - Provide day-to-day L1 IT support for end users in Liberec (on-site), remote support for European offices and occasional remote support for offices in the Americas - Manage user lifecycle — onb...
