FlexStaff is seeking a full-time Orthotic Fitter to join our client's team at their Monroe, NY location. This role will include inventory control and ordering plus assisting patients in being fit with off-the-shelf orthotic devices such as braces, supports, and other orthopedic equipment. This is a perfect position for someone interested in a healthcare career who enjoys hands-on work with patients in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Assist with fitting and adjusting prefabricated orthotic devices under the supervision of a certified clinician - Educate patients on proper use, care, and wear schedules for orthotic devices - Support clinical staff with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care - Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care and fitting areas - Ensure inventory and supplies are adequately stocked and organized - Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care - Will be on call every 3rd or 4th weekend of the month, pay differential will be offered for on call hours -...
