Broker Development Executive: Location: Midlands: Package: £Negotiable + Car Allowance + Benefits About the Role: As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and building strong relationships with our distribution partners across your region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Distribution, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our underwriting strategy and supporting our ongoing expansion. If you’re confident working independently, influencing senior stakeholders, and energised by driving performance, this could be your perfect fit. This is a great role for someone who has experience in broker relationship management and is ready to take the next step.
