Nurse Manager – Gynecology (Non‑OB) | Multi‑Site Ambulatory Practice Locations: Burlington, Peabody & Lexington, MA We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations and nursing practice across a large, growing Gynecology‑only division (no Obstetrics). This role supports a complex and diverse patient population across multiple gynecologic subspecialties, including General Gynecology, Urogynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS). With the continued addition of urogynecology and gynecologic oncology providers, this position plays a key role in supporting increased patient volume and procedural complexity. About the Role: The Nurse Manager oversees day‑to‑day clinical operations and staff utilization across Burlington, Peabody, and Lexington, leading a team of Nurses and Medical Assistants.
