Job DetailsJob Location: NORTH CHARLESTON, SC 29406Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year Degree Human Resource Talent Specialist: Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Talent Specialist will facilitate the daily functions, of the Human Resources (HR) department, associated with the full lifecycle of employment, including Talent Acquisition, Pre-Boarding, Onboarding, Off-Boarding, and assisting in all HR functions as needed. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage and update position management system, ensuring accurate maintenance of job titles, descriptions, and organizational structure. Oversee the job requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate posting of job openings across platforms. Facilitates the hiring of job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to coordinate onboarding sessions. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory new hire training. Assists departmental leadership with conducting background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
