Residence Inn Boston Downtown/South End, a Colwen Hotels property, is seeking an engaging, friendly, detail-oriented Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team. This role will work 4 to 5 days a week including weekends with a 4 to 5 hour shift depending on hotel occupancy. The primary responsibilities of this role include handling the setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet, maintaining the dining area, ensuring food is available, and delivering exceptional guest service. General Responsibilities: - Prep food offerings, set up food service area - Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible) - Answer questions regarding the menu - Maintain knowledge of all food items - Adhere to all applicable food safety regulation including correct time and temperature control and HAACP guidelines - Delivers food, beverages, condiments and other requested items - Ensure all food product meets specification, notify management of issues - Collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area and guest area during shift - Adhere to all applicable Co...
