Overview Primary Care MD Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM: Samaritan Daytop Health is a FQHC community‑based health center based in the Bronx that provides holistic, integrated primary and behavioral healthcare to adults and families. It is in collaboration with Samaritan Daytop Village which provides housing, addiction support and behavioral health to the community. The clinic offers comprehensive services including primary care, psychiatric care, preventive health services, nutritional counseling, and case management, with a strong focus on culturally responsive and affordable care for underserved populations. As a trusted partner of Samaritan Daytop Village, the health center is closely integrated with substance use, mental health, and recovery programs, allowing patients to receive coordinated physical and behavioral healthcare in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.
