Key Responsibilities: Head of Claim for IMEA is responsible for Ocean and Logistics Maersk customer cargo and OLL claims in the Region. You will work closely with the Global Head of Claims, Global Claims Hub, your counterparts in other regions and relevant regional stakeholders including Customer Service Team to monitor claims from direct and professional claimants as well as litigation, advise on vessel incident matters resulting in cargo claims, lead new initiatives in the region- in other words be the voice and representative for claims in IMEA.
