Motional’s Las Vegas office is located less than 10 miles from the Las Vegas strip at 730 E Pilot Road and is home to one of the largest fleets of self-driving vehicles. The city’s grid system of roads and being one of America’s “smart cities” allows for extensive research and development testing. Mission Summary: Operations Specialists support the business to ensure the fleet is ready to be deployed and safe to operate on the roads. Communicating between teams and helping to improve utilization of resources. This role will identify gaps and assist in creating processes that improve operations around the globe. While efficiency is crucial, nothing comes before safety and the Operations Specialist is a key team member to uphold this responsibility. Qualifications: - Conduct and review test cases for R&D - Provide field support for road operations - Support global mapping efforts - Asset tracking of drives and ingesting data - Support data operations and collection - Utilize fleet management tools to support fleet operations - Be fluent in software applications such as Jira & GSuite - Support smart city infrastructure for internal business needs - Utilize command center and support t...
