What You’ll Get To Do: Completes routine preventive maintenance on buildings according to checklists provided and makes modifications to maintenance programs as necessary. Performs general facility support tasks related to one or multiple functions, including but not limited to basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, flooring and furniture and equipment moves. Completes regular safety walkthroughs, regular facility inspections and assists safety champions by monitoring and repairing facilities to mitigate risk....
