Enterprise Operations Executive Programs (Transformation Enablement & Events) Description -: Position Summary: This role leads the Enterprise Operations Executive Program Management team focused on Communications, Events, and Change Management and is accountable for delivering highimpact executive communications, pan-Enterprise Operations events, and transformation communications that enable clarity, alignment, and adoption across the organization. The Manager of the Enterprise Operations Executive Program team is a hands-on people leader responsible not only for delivery excellence, but for developing the skills, capabilities, and career growth of a multidisciplinary team of program managers with strong executive communications, change management, engagement, and event management expertise. Success in this role requires strong judgment, deep functional expertise, and the ability to coach talent while operating at a fast pace and high level of executive exposure.
