The Opportunity: The Product Development Project Manager plays a critical role in turning product ideas into successful launches. Reporting to the Head of Product Development & Innovation, this role is responsible for owning and managing the Stage Gate process and project managing the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization. This person acts as the operational engine behind new product innovation — ensuring projects move forward on schedule, stakeholders stay aligned, and every step of development is executed with precision.
