Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a fulltime Flight Paramedic to join our Gundersen Air team, comprised of 11 Flights Nurses and 10 Flight Medics. While we have bases located in both Sparta, WI and Decorah, IA you will primarily be working out of Decorah, IA. What You'll Do: As a Flight Paramedic, working in conjunction with the Flight Nurse and pilot in sharing patient care duties and operational responsibilities, you will function as an advanced trained paramedic able to provide critical care in the medical transport of critically ill and injured patients. The role requires an autonomous practice and the ability to follow and deliver care using existing medical protocols and critical thinking skills.
