Job Description: Role: Site Digital Lead – Diageo Guinness Beer Location: St James Gate - Dublin, Ireland Contract : Permanent: Closing Date : 27th April 2026 About the Role: As Site Digital Lead you will act as the single point of contact for all Digital Manufacturing initiatives at St James Gate . You will lead and coordinate the site’s digital transformation agenda, owning the Site Digital Master Plan and driving the deployment of global digital solutions while identifying and delivering local opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and innovation. Working closely with site leadership and global partners across Manufacturing Excellence, Digital & Technology, and Engineering, you will play a critical role in embedding change, ensuring effective systems integration, and accelerating value delivery from digital programmes across the brewery. About You: You'll bring demonstratable experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, with experience in the drinks and/or brewing industry being highly beneficial, enabling you to hit the ground running in this role.
