About the opportunity We are strengthening our Account & Customer Data expertise within Banking Operations and are looking for a motivated and experienced Banking Operations Analyst (French speaker) to join us. Within Banking Operations, we act as the centre of competence for the management and processing of special account types, including probate & estates, accounts with legal representatives or custodians, and basic accounts under the Payment Accounts Act. In addition, we coordinate customer queries related to tax proceedings and GDPR-related information requests, ensuring that cases are handled with care while safeguarding N26 Bank SE from legal and regulatory risks. As an Analyst on the French market, you will bring expertise and ownership to the team. You will handle complex and sensitive cases independently, act as a point of escalation, and actively contribute to improving our operational processes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime, KYC, and Quality Assurance, as well as external partners and authorities.
