Agents provide frontline support to Sales Representatives and direct service to reseller partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resellers after booking. Coordinate all aspects of trip execution, including scheduling, documentation, and client communication. Support Sales Representatives by preparing trip alternatives, routing inbound inquiries, and maintaining CRM accuracy. Ensure error-free data entry and timely updates in sales and operations systems. Track and resolve service issues promptly, escalating as necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and customer experience.
