Overview The Health Information Manager (HIM Manager) is responsible for the overall management, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of all patient health information systems and medical records. This role ensures compliance with DNV Healthcare standards, HIPAA regulations, and all applicable Texas state laws governing medical records in a behavioral health setting. The HIM Manager oversees medical record operations, release of information, data governance, and documentation compliance while supporting quality outcomes, patient safety, and accreditation readiness.
