Junior Recipe Developer

Job description

As a Junior Recipe Developer, you will be part of our in-house Culinary team and will collaborate with our Product Innovation, Menu Planning, and Product Insights teams. Your contribution to the strategic development of our Culinary department will be focused predominantly on researching, developing and testing recipes, analyzing and providing critical recommendations related to process improvements, and analyzing food trends, ingredients, diets, and customer preferences. You will …: - Evaluate, analyze and cross test recipes for execution, recipe flow, ingredient compatibility, recipe guidelines, and especially flavor. Recommend revisions to improve taste and consistent execution of successful recipes that can be reproduced by home cooks of varying skill levels. - Research and develop new recipes within budget, nutritional, and variety constraints, leveraging product insights, food trends, customer feedback, and the recipe database to create exciting and successful new dishes.
