Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce CRM Specialist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Salesforce System Administrator and Cross-Functional business teams to ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will manage internal and external customer users, collaborate with (CFTs) to maintain data quality standards, address reporting needs, assist with internal user training, and manage incoming Salesforce help desk submissions. This is an excellent opportunity to work, learn, and grow in a dynamic environment, ensure our Salesforce platform is optimized for business needs and provide a seamless experience for end-users.
