Fire & Security Lead - Stamping Complex

Job description

The Stamping Fire & Security Lead is responsible for safeguarding company assets and ensuring a secure, safe working environment at the Sterling Stamping and Warren Stamping facilities. This role includes overseeing site fire protection and security operations, supporting crisis management activities, and performing risk assessments that help prevent financial loss, theft, and fraud. The Stamping Fire & Security Lead reports directly to the USA Assembly & Stamping Operations Lead and will primarily work standard business hours. However, they should be flexible with their scheduling to ensure customer satisfaction. They can expect to work the occasional evening, weekend or holiday. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and clear communication skills while maintaining a customer ‑ focused approach.
