Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry, recently ranked 10th of the 150 Top North American Suppliers in “Automotive News.” A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals. - Actively performing job duties as required in Maintenance Technician position - Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures - Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and program malfunctions in automated systems, automated machinery and stamping presses - Modify existing production work cells to improve quality, productivity and ergonomics - Perform preventative maintenance - Assesses and prioritizes work requests and ensures material required for the work is available - Follows up on work orders to ensure job specifications (quality and quantity) and time lines are met - Coordinate regular preventative maintenance on daily equipment and facility - Communicate with Manufacturing Supervisor’s throughout the shift to understand prioritization of Maintenance calls throughout the shift - Understand strengths of each Maintenance team member to be able to adequately assign team member...
