ABOUT THE POSITION: You are responsible (along with other facilities team members) for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within a small geographical region (10 miles or less) You will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services as needed and authorized by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: JOB DESCRIPTION: I. Basic Function: You are responsible (along with other facilities team members) for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within a small geographical region (10 miles or less) You will coordinate outside contractors or vendors for various services as needed and authorized by the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. II. Essential Functions: Daily functions: new facility construction projects. - Acts as one of the primary contacts for corporate employees on any building issues (HVAC and space temperatures, cleanliness, smoke, odors, spills, damage, emergencies and repairs) - Will receive, manage, and complete work through computerized work ticket system. - Communicate status and closure of work tickets to customers in a timely fashion via computerized system and face to face interaction. - Monitors contractor...
