TITLE: Coordinator, Field Experience & Assessment: JOB SUMMARY: The Coordinator of Field Experience and Assessment will be in charge of all field placements for the department, including clinical practica and internships for the MS in Child Life, MS in Counseling & Development, and MS in Marriage & Family Therapy, as well as practicum for the undergraduate Child Development and Family Studies students. This coordination includes management of affiliation agreements, contact with site supervisors, site visits when needed, management of student applications for practicum/internship, and assisting students with placements. The Coordinator will also manage the TK20 database of student records related to field experience and graduation requirements (e.g., portfolio documents), as well as guiding students on how to use the database and upload additional documents. In addition, the Coordinator would serve as a valuable aide in the accreditation process for our CACREP accredited program in Counseling & Development, our two COAMFTE accredited programs in Marriage & Family Therapy, and our two ACLP endorsed programs in Child Life and Child Development.
