Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our People Team at Marsh in a 6 months project. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is an onsite role that has a requirement of working fully in the office. You’ll be joining our People Team for a very special project related to Diversity & Inclusion. This project aims to welcome disability hiring interns that will have a learning journey and a practical experience in the professional market. We will count on you to: - Coordinate the project with the support of the advisory board; - Ensure its quality delivery and communications with all stakeholders; - Align, adapt and coordinate participants and trainers agendas; - Have daily check ins with the participants and collect their feedback about the program within the learning phase of the program; - Coordinate shadowing and working sessions between participants and colleagues from the business; - Produce reports about the ongoing program.
