POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President, Procurement – EMEA is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing Marriott’s end-to-end Procurement strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a key member of both the EMEA Lodging Products Organization leadership team and the global Enterprise Procurement leadership team, this role brings strong commercial acumen and functional expertise to drive profitability for Marriott and participating hotels while enhancing the owner value proposition. This position leads the EMEA Procurement function across managed hotels and Continent Offices, with a focus on expanding services to the franchised hotel community. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role sets and delivers a multi-year Procurement strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and regional business needs, while leading a geographically dispersed team.
