Job Title: Production and Game Day Experience Director Reporting Relationship: Associate A.D. of External Operations Unit: IWU-Marion: Department: Intercollegiate Athletics-IWU Marion: Campus Location: Recreation & Wellness Center, Marion, IN Summary of Position: The Production and Game Day Experience Director oversees athletic event production on the virtual platforms, ensuring consistent and high-quality coverage across all sports throughout the year. This role coordinates and delivers timely pre-week coach interviews and post-game athlete interviews while enhancing the overall game day atmosphere through strategic oversight of Catalyst, creating an engaging and fan-centered experience.
