Job Type Full-time Description: Service Engineer, Engines – Level 3 Location: Remote Home Base: Fort Lauderdale, FL Department: Field Service – Engines Reports To: Field Service Manager Work Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Travel: Field Position – up to 85% Direct Reports: None Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience) Bonus: Overtime eligible Lead the Work. Diagnose the Problem. Own the Outcome. This is a hands-on field role for technicians who already know their way around engines and want to operate at a higher level. At Level 3, you’re not just turning wrenches. You’re diagnosing failures, leading jobs, mentoring others, and understanding why systems fail, not just how to fix them. If you’ve worked on diesel engines, marine systems, or heavy industrial equipment and you’re ready to step into more ownership in the field, this is where that happens.
