JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the direction of crew activities on job site, according to pre-established schedules, standards and procedures to provide a high quality of service, as directed by Ancillary Manager or Production Manager. This position supervises a crew of typically two to six crew members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience - At least 3-5 years of commercial landscape experience required License or Certification: - Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is strongly preferred - Pesticide License issued by the state where employed or ability to obtain within one year Specialized Skills: - Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools - Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner - Ability to motivate and lead subordinates - Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service - Ability to communicat...
