Primary Tasks: The Retail Human Resources Advisor partners with retail field leadership across four districts to deliver practical, business-focused human resources support. This role acts as a trusted advisor to District Managers and Store General Managers, helping drive performance, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and compliance across the organization. The Retail Human Resources Advisor balances strategic partnership with hands-on execution, serving as the primary HR resource for day-to-day employee relations, talent management, and operational HR needs within the assigned regions.
