Job Summary The main objective of the Manager is to train and develop staff to ensure all revenue and growth goals are being met, and ensuring the smooth operation of the drive-thru. The leader is ultimately responsible for reaching performance goals and should be compensated when successful in their duties performed to achieve these goals.
