Senior QA Analyst

Job description

Summary/Objective The Senior QA Analyst serves as the responsible testing coordinator for assigned projects, responsible for identifying scope and testing strategies, configuring test data, and maintaining all project specific documentation and reporting. They are also responsible for injecting/ensuring adherence to established QA Practices and project process standards. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities: - SME (subject matter expert) for all assigned projects, including requirements, acceptance criteria, Dev stories, and general client knowledge - Actively engage during requirements phase to ensure all questions and concerns related to acceptance criteria and Dev stories are understood prior to the beginning of each sprint. A key part of this understanding will also be informing and aiding the project team in determining project timelines, including sprint targets. - Expected to be the SME on the project regarding Biller requirements/scope - Create Test Plans at the project level - Create test cases and link to Requirements and Dev stories as defined in the QA Practice, in order to support Traceability Matrix reporting - Attend and actively participate in Defect Triage meeting...
