Requirements: - Provides detailed, high-level support to Regional Sales Representatives and Regional Manager - Acts as a liaison between Sales Team, Customers, and Internal Departments - Account Maintenance – ADF Completion for new accounts, new product item numbers, specification changes, price changes, new customer credit applications, and credit reference requests. - Responsible for SOX compliance within respective territory. Provides data and responses for external and internal price audits. - Management of Complaint process. Enter all complaints into Salesforce; follow-up to ensure timely completion of the investigation and creating a formalized response to customer complaints. - Management and administration of all Index and Market price adjustments within the region including system updates and correspondence to customers including maintenance of customer's mailing lists. - Responds to customer requests; spec sheets, marketing materials, and certifications as well as Surveys and RFI’s - Investigates customer short pays within the region.
